Vulnerable Group Development (VGD)

This is Government Project of Bangladesh. This Program has been starting May/2013 and will be continued up to December/2014. Bangladesh Women and Child Department is the Supervisory Department. Training and Savings are the mail interventions of the Project. Vulnerable people of the Project areas are benefiting from the VGD Program.

Legal Status:

For the legalization of programming activities Mukti Foundation got registration from the following Govt. departments; (i) Registered with NGO Affairs Bureau vide FDR No. 1391 dated 08.06.1999; (ii) Registered with Joint Stock Company under Society Act Khulna-124 dated 11.04.2005; (iii) Registered with Micro Credit Regulatory vide Registration No. 0000381 dated 23.02.2009 & (iv) Registered with Department of Social Services vide Registration No. Satkhira-1092 dated 10.11.2010

Mission:

To established a non-explicated, environmentally sound, surplus and rights based community

Goal:

The goal of Mukti Foundation is to promote participation, self- reliant, environmentally sustainable development of the poor to help them alleviate poverty and achieve their potential and empowerment.

Vision:

To bring the positive change of livelihood like to get better education, improve health, safe water, deluge environment, employment and to establish rights to khash land of the poor through participation and accountability.
